R134 is a scenic drive alongside the Sagami Bay. I love riding towards the west on R134 in "blue hour" after the sunset. The best season to ride on R134 is autumn-winter (smooth traffic and dramatic sunset). You can enjoy beautiful scenery without being bothered by sightseers cars while you are riding.
