This is the other version of "At the Windy Platform." View from the platform is fabulous, especially dramatic clouds above Sagami-bay. We don't have such dramatic clouds with interesting nuances in Northern Cal. If you are in Katase or Koshigoe and think the clouds may show the drama, go to the Enoshima Sea Candle and watch them. You'll never get bored, for sure.
